| A chartered accountant, Mike has worked in property development and construction since qualifying. He was Chief Accountant of P&O Developments and Finance Director of London & Regional Properties before becoming Finance Director of house builder, Ward Homes. Mike has bought to the company extensive experience in system implementation, risk management, operational controls, corporate restructuring and development finance. His knowledge and experience is fundamental to the Group's financial stability. |

| Peter is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years industry experience. He worked for Laing and then Laing O'Rourke progressing to be Group Commercial Director. He joined M J Gleeson as Group Commercial Director in 2004. Peter has an in-depth and seasoned understanding of the key commercial issues that impact on the business. One of Peter's specialisms is the review and implementation of strategic business change and development, which has been invaluable in driving the Group forward over the past year and for the continuous development of the company into 2009 and beyond. |

| Dermot Gleeson |

| Dermot is Chairman of M J Gleeson Group plc and has over 30 years experience at Board level within the construction inductry. Following an MA from Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, he headed up the Home Affairs section of the Conservative Research Department, worked for the European Commission and was Midland Bank's EEC representative in Brussels. Dermot was formerly a Director of both the Housing Corporation and the Construction Industry Training Board and Chairman of the Major Contractors Group. He is currently a trustee of the BBC. Dermot attends the monthly board meetings and his contacts and counsel have proved to be invaluable to the continued succcess of the business. |

| Andy started out as an articled quantity surveyor. He came to the business from the board of Laing O'Rourke Midlands and brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to GB Building Solutions, having worked on many flagship schemes through a range of procurement routes. Andy believes in a partnering approach and maintains that 'keeping our promises' and developing open and honest relationships are the key to success. He has an uncompromising attitude towards health and safety and actively drives forward initiatives for improvement across the business. |

| Martin has spent 34 years in construction. He commenced as a Laing articled pupil and following production and planning roles, moved to Operational Director for London and the South East before assuming the responsibility of Health and Safety Director for Laing O'Rourke. Martin brings to the business expertise across every sector of contracting and is committed to securing a safe working environment along with staff pride in the building process. |

| Glenn is a chartered Quantity Surveyor trained in private practice before moving over to contracting and development in which he has over 24 years experience. He headed up the North West Special Projects team of Alfred McAlpine and is now Managing Director of GB Development Solutions. |
