GB has established itself as a serious competitor to its bigger and more established rivals by combining the skills, experience, processes and systems of a major player with the personal touch of a private business which is managed on a day to day basis by it's owners.

In three years of trading the business now generates over 60% of it's workload through repeat business relationships and has delivered 90% of new projects on time and to budget.  This has been achieved by focusing team efforts at the front end of projects to resolve issues before they impact on site performance.

MBO

The construction business was established on 1 August 2005 following the Management Buyout of the Building Division of Gleeson Construction Services Ltd. The new business acquired the current portfolio of Gleeson projects, which have all now been completed.

Gleeson remain a shareholder in GB Group Holdings and Dermot Gleeson sits on the Board as Non-Executive Director.

Whilst GB is a new business it has taken forward over 100 years of Gleeson history and has emerged with a new customer-focussed approach to construction aiming to consistently deliver on time, to budget and quality within a safe environment.
