We are delighted to present our first annual report and accounts as GB Group Holdings Limited following a number of changes to our corporate structure during the year. These financial statements incorporate the results of our two trading subsidiaries GB Building Solutions Limited (formerly Gleeson Building Limited) and GB Development Solutions Limited and our associate Oxford GB Limited.
