REGENERATIONWe have extensive experience of Housing led regeneration, dating from being the construction provider on the award winning Grove Village PFI scheme. We are a stakeholder in the FERN consortium currently bidding for a further NW regeneration PFI project. In addition, we are currently working on a number of regeneration schemes across our northwest frameworks and actively contribute to community sustainability through employment and training opportunities and local expenditure.
As a Community Builder we believe in collaborative partnership working combined with a flexible and innovative approach to meet our clients’ needs, while adding value to the communities in which we work. We engage closely with the communities local to our projects and work with them to protect their environment, to generate employment and training opportunities, to support the local economy and to leave a lasting sustainable legacy.
