Our solutions are innovative, value for money, energy efficient, kind to the environment and delivered in the true spirit of collaboration and partnering. Our Moss Side scheme recently won the coveted NW Housing Excellence Award for the Best New Affordable Housing Scheme 2011.
We understand the importance of consulting fully with the local communities and of keeping them fully involved and aware of how matters are progressing throughout the duration of the projects. Through our Regeneration, Employment and Skills Plans we bring vital jobs and training to local people. Where possible our supply chain is drawn from the local community and includes SME and BME organisations.
