DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS

GB Development Solutions Limited was formed in 2006, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GB Group Holdings Ltd, dedicated to identifying property development solutions across the country.

The Development team co-ordinate the operational, development and financial aspects on schemes. The additional skills of pre-contract Project Management and Cost Planning contribute to the smooth transition from feasibility through to the contract stage. A subsequent benefit to the successful completion of this process is the generation of construction opportunities for the Building business.

This is illustrated with the recent positive outcome at Luton where, working with Oxford GB, construction of the first Garden Inn brand of Hilton hotel was completed.
