At GB Building Solutions we are committed to sound management practices that mitigate the effect our works have on the environment. 

By continuing to develop, promote and implement our ISO14001 accredited Environmental Management System we aim to minimise environmental pollution, reduce waste and encourage recycling, and promote natural resource and biodiversity enhancement. 

We have developed a set of meaningful performance indicators to measure our environmental performance and promote best practice across the business.

Our key environmental objectives for 2011 are:

• To have zero major polluting environmental incidents resulting from our works
• Implement water and energy consumption Key Performance Indicators
• To implement a company waste target of reducing waste to landfill by 10% year on year
