In 2009 92% of all our sites scored above the national average on the Considerate Constructors scheme. At the award ceremonies in April 2010 we were awarded the following :
Runner Up UK's Most Considerate Site - Middlewich Extra Care Village
Gold - Middlewich Extra Care Village
Gold - William Wake House
Silver - Malvins Close Primary School
Bronze - New Delaval School
Bronze - Immingham Academy
Bronze - Staybridge Hotel
Bronze - Durham Johnston School
