We use the Delivery Model in every aspect of our business to create a culture based around exceptional performance to satisfy our customers' needs.

Created and developed by our own staff, the Delivery Model simply recognises that the GB team's project objective is to deliver the four potentially competing requirements of Health and Safety; Quality; Time and Cost, in a balanced way, to the customer by linking our Supply Chain in to the project and ensuring that at no time does the overall objective tilt out of balance.

Using the Delivery Model helps us to identify potential risks and problems early and ensure that we keep our promises to our customers.
