GB Constructs Care Home in Salisbury |
| GB has won the contract to build a new £6m care home in Salisbury for Gracewell Healthcare. Gracewell’s new Salisbury Manor care home will consist of 62 bedrooms over three storeys and will also include nursing and dementia care.

GB Development Solutions sells stadium |
| GB Development Solutions has sold Chesterfield Football Club's old stadium at Saltergate to Barratt homes for an undisclosed sum. The sale will be completed on the 31st January 2012. GB took ownership of the site in 2009 and GB Development Solutions achieved outline planning permission for 68 units at the end of August last year. In the meantime GB Building Solutions completed both the design and build of the new 10,338-seat, £11.5m stadium in 2010 just one mile from the centre of Chesterfield, kick starting the regeneration of the area.

| GB has been awarded a £4.3m Sustainable Enterprise Centre for University of Bradford.
The Sustainable Enterprise Centre has been designed to BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ standards, using the University’s target-driven sustainable building specification, which concentrates on building physics rather than relying solely on renewable technologies. |
