Mental Healthcare Facility Takes Shape |

The framework, part of the nine nationwide Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnerships (RIEPs), is being established to deliver public sector work throughout Cumbria, Lancashire, Merseyside, Cheshire East and Cheshire West, and Greater Manchester. |

Second School Awarded in Manchester |
| GB Building Solutions has just been awarded a £15m contract to build a new school in Manchester. The contract was awarded by Manchester City Council under its Framework One agreement of which GB is a part. This is the second school contract awarded to GB by Manchester City Council in as many weeks. The other school was the £14m Whalley Range High school

Awarded Sixth Form Facility at Manchester Girls School |
| GB Building Solutions has been awarded a £14million contract to build a sixth form facility for Manchester all-girls’ school, Whalley Range High School. The contract was awarded by Manchester City Council as part of its framework, known as Framework One, on which GB was included at the beginning of last year. |
