We have changed our name from Gleeson Building Ltd to GB Building Solutions Ltd. GB Building Solutions has been operating as Gleeson Building for two and a half years since the management buy-out of M J Gleeson’s building division in August 2005. As part of our corporate strategy, it was always intended that the name “Gleeson” would be phased out within three years.

Under the new corporate structure GB Group Holdings Ltd will be the holding company for GB Building Solutions Ltd and GB Development Solutions Ltd.
