In order to achieve this, as well as other fundamental business aims such as achieving the requirements of our stakeholders, ensuring we remain competitive and achieving a profit, we have developed a corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy to form an integral part of our culture.

It is important to us that our CSR policy fully encompasses the whole of our business activities and can be incorporated into everything we do, so the strategy was developed by a forum of employees from the different areas and regions of our business and will be revised regularly.
